Check your email for the registration invitation and register through the link in that email. You must register with the email that LuLaRoe has on file for you in BUILD. This is the only email that will work during registration and can only be used once to register.

If you are in a partnership that Double Qualified, please place a case with Rewards & Recognition in HOME and they will confirm your Double Qualification and that you are a duly organized corporations or limited liability companies registered as Retailers with LuLaRoe as of November 30, 2023 (“Business Entity Retailers”).

Please send the name and email address of the second partner you wish to register. Once that is done, the second partner will receive an email to register.

The deadline to register is July 30, 2023 at 11:59PM PT to be placed in the room you qualified for. We will accept late registrations after the deadline, you will be placed in the remaining rooms, not the room you qualified for.

Yes, your guest’s name may be changed for no fee by placing a case through HOME with the Rewards & Recognition T.E.A.M. by September 5, 2023.

We encourage you to bring your spouse or domestic partner on this trip. Should your spouse or domestic partner be unable to attend, you are welcome to bring an adult guest in their place. Keep in mind, this is an adult-only trip. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is not in good standing with LuLaRoe.

Name Change Policy: Registrants for the LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M. Trip may change their guest name no later than 11:59PM PT on September 5, 2023. Any name changes after this will not take place and will not be honored. All guests must comply with the Ticker Holder Participation Policy.

Cancellation Policy: Registrants for the LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M. Trip // Puerto Vallarta 2023 may cancel their registration and tickets by creating a case directed to the Events T.E.A.M. on HOME no later than 11:59PM PT on September 9, 2023. Any and all canceled registrations will forfeit their LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M. Trip // Puerto Vallarta 2023.

We do not offer any other form of compensation if you are unable to attend the LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M. Trip // Puerto Vallarta 2023.

Only qualified Retailers may register for the LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M. Trip // Puerto Vallarta 2023. Each registered Retailer is invited to bring a spouse, domestic partner or guest over age 18, however, all registrants and ticket holders, including the qualified Retailers and their spouses, domestic partners, or guests, must be in good standing with LuLaRoe at all times, including at the time of the event. LuLaRoe reserves the right to deny admittance to or participation in the event to any person at any time. Please note, this includes the day of the event, even if that person is a ticket holder.

Tickets for the LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M. Trip // Puerto Vallarta 2023 are personal and issued only to the registered ticket holder. Therefore, tickets may not be transferred to any other person, including spouses or domestic partners.

We are happy you can join us for at least part of this trip! Please, place a case through HOME with Rewards & Recognition and let us know what days you will be joining us. We will not be able to move the nights you stay outside of our scheduled trip dates, but we are happy to shorten your stay if necessary.

You can contact the hotel and inquire about early check-in directly. If your room is not yet ready, you are welcome to check your bags and enjoy the resort until your room is ready.

Absolutely! LuLaRoe has negotiated discounted rates at the resorts for three (3) days before and after. If you would like to arrive a couple of days early or stay late, please let us know during your registration. The cost of your room varies based on what room you qualify for. If there are other rooms available beyond the room you are qualified for during your stay, our LuLaRoe T.E.A.M. can discuss those options with you.

You can contact the hotel and inquire about late checkout.

We will try our hardest to put your rooms next to each other, however the way rooms are laid out at these hotels, the room types are not always the same next door to each other. Occasionally where you fall in rankings with rooms, you may be assigned two different room types. In either case, we will try our hardest to put you in rooms as close to each other as possible.

If you are in a partnership that has only single-qualified, you can let us know, by placing a case in HOME with R&R that you are interested in purchasing a second room. If there is availability, you will be given the opportunity to purchase an equal or lower room type as your qualification, you will not be able to purchase a higher ranked room.

We are so excited to be able to offer you the room for which you have qualified. However, we will not be offering the purchase of an upgraded room on this trip.

Rooms will be assigned based on retailer’s qualifications for this trip. Rooms with King beds will be assigned to the higher qualifications, then the two double bed rooms will follow. If you are wanting two double beds instead of a king, and your room type allows, we will be happy to make that arrangement. If you are requesting a King bed instead of two double beds, that will be assigned based off of your qualifications.

Just like Cruise cash, it is credit earned prior to D.R.E.A.M., used for activities that come with an additional cost, such as excursions, the spa, and other upgraded services.

No, D.R.E.A.M. cash cannot be used for tips at the resort.

Your D.R.E.A.M. cash will be applied to your account prior to checkout. You will need a card on file for all incidentals. On check-out day, you will see a credit to your account for the amount of D.R.E.A.M. Cash you earned.

Excursions, the spa, in-room movies, telephone, fax service, retail purchases, business center, spa access to wellness areas and treatments, water sports, gift shop, entertainment, amenities delivery, laundry & dry cleaning, tours & transportation, doctor consultations & diagnosis, car rental, and any other services not mentioned in the whats included section.

D.R.E.A.M. cash can be earned through the following ways:

D.R.E.A.M. Fast Start - Only for new Independent Fashion Retailers (“IFRs”)

$12K for 6 consecutive months AND $30 average piece price during each qualifying month. May use the enrollment month or the following month. *New IFRs only, using their first 6 months as a Retailer. New IFRs may use their first enrollment month or the following month as the first of their 6 consecutive qualifying months. This choice is at the discretion of the IFR.

Available for any new IFRs who started their business after November 1, 2018.

All retail sales must be sold through BLESS, or another approved technology system.

No sales may be Retailer-to-Retailer (wholesale transfers) at wholesale price(s).

$1,000 D.R.E.A.M. cash and $1,000 back office credit for new qualifying IFR in good standing.

$500 D.R.E.A.M. cash and $500 back office credit for Sponsor in good standing.

D.R.E.A.M. Start Now - Only for IFRs that are not new but have never previously qualified for an IFR cruise.

$12K for 6 consecutive months AND $30 average piece price during each qualifying month.

Available for any IFR who has never previously qualified for an IFR cruise.

All sales must be sold through BLESS, or another approved system.

No sales may be IFR-to-IFR (wholesale transfers) at wholesale price(s).

$1,000 D.R.E.A.M. cash and $1,000 back office credit for new qualifying IFR in good standing

$500 D.R.E.A.M. cash and $500 back office credit for Sponsor in good standing.

Prior to the trip, Retailers that feel they have earned D.R.E.A.M. cash must contact the Rewards and Recognition T.E.A.M. either by creating a case in HOME or by calling 951-737-7875 to confirm.

Any D.R.E.A.M. cash not used while on 2023 D.R.E.A.M. Puerto Vallarta will be forfeited.

You will have the option to purchase your necklace during registration for the LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M. Trip // Cancun 2021. These will ship by August to all Retailers who purchase them.

We will not be providing transportation, but you can book transportation through a reputable transportation company, Amstar

No, you can book your ground transportation through any company you wish to use.

You will be asked for your passport and flight itinerary, and a copy will be made of both your passport and itinerary. This is normal practice for Cancun. You will also need a credit or debit card for any incidental charges.

Please place a case through HOME with the R&R TEAM as soon as you know your travel plans have changed so we can let the hotel know about your new expected arrival date. If you have arranged ground transportation, they will provide you with contact information in your booking information and we encourage you to let them know as soon as possible, so they too can rearrange your travel arrangements.

We recommend you reach out to the airline you are traveling with for any luggage information.

We recommend familiarizing yourself with customs and immigration into the US and Mexico. Please refer to the US Customs and Border Protection for more information.

Please check with your government agency for what documentation you need, we recommend the below website for updated information about traveling to Mexico. We will be traveling to Quintana Roo State. If you have any food allergies, please tell your server and work directly with each restaurant you dine at.

The qualification period for this incentive trip was January 2021 through December 2022. We also extended the month of January 2023 as a qualifying month to those Retailers who were qualified for 5 months as of December 2022.

You can book an excursion through Amstar (Link Above)

Absolutely, you can book your excursions as you please. Amstar is a DMC (Destination management company) that has a good reputation, is dependable, and works often with the hotel. Our guests safety is our first priority.

Absolutely not! Some Retailers like to stay at the resort and enjoy all the amenities that are included with the resort, while others like to go outside of the resort and explore more of Mexico. The choice is yours!

On occasion, Home Office will book excursions and some of our T.E.A.M. members will be on the excursions. It is not guaranteed that a Home Office T.E.A.M. member will be on an excursion. If we book any private LuLaRoe Excursions, we will make sure all Retailers learn this information at the same time via email or LuLaRoe Show.

All excursions are open to others that are in Mexico. We will not be hosting any private excursions. However, transportation to and from the hotels will be all LuLaRoe Retailers and their guests only.

You can use US Dollars or Mexico Pesos at the hotel and all major credit cards are accepted as well. If you choose to leave the hotel, you will need to contact those vendors for their preferred currency. Any excursions booked through the hotel can use US Dollars, Mexico Pesos, or any major credit card. We do recommend you advising your bank and/or credit card of your travel plans.

We encourage you to bring as much as you would like to spend on anything extra that is not covered by LuLaRoe. Make sure you let your bank and/or credit card companies know you are going international and your anticipated itinerary.

Tips are not included, we encourage you to tip for great service always.

Wifi will be provided for all LuLaRoe attendees and is included in your hotel stay. We encourage you to check with your cellular provider for international plans and fees.

The LuLaRoe Card can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted throughout the United States (except in Puerto Rico and Guam).

As a LuLaRoe Retailer, we encourage you to always strive to be dressed in your LuLaRoe best! We will announce theme nights closer to the trip dates and encourage you to participate.

We do not have an official LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M. Facebook group. We encourage you to find all your information here on Fashion Fun. We will be updating this page often, but if you can’t find an answer to your questions, please place a case in HOME directed to the R&R TEAM and we will get back to you.

No, there will not be a LuLaRoe Store.

As much as we would love for your kids to be present during this time, we ask that you leave your little movers and shakers at home, as this trip is meant for adults only.

Special approvals will be considered for Retailers who have children with special requirements to be with their parent(s). This would include children that are less than 12 months of age, immobile, and/or breastfeeding. If you need special approval, please create a case directed to the Rewards and Recognition T.E.A.M. on HOME prior to registering. If approval is granted, you will be responsible to pay the rate of a 3rd person for the room type you are qualified for if there are fees associated with the additional guest.

No, since this trip is meant to be an adults-only trip, the Children's Center and activities will not take place during our trip.
