Check your email for the registration invitation and register through the link in that email. You must register with the email that LuLaRoe has on file for you in BUILD. This is the only email that will work during registration and can only be used once to register.

To guarantee placement in the room category you qualified for, you must complete your registration by July 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT.

Registrations submitted after the deadline will still be accepted; however, we cannot guarantee availability in your qualified room category. Late registrants will be assigned to any cancelled or remaining rooms available at the time of registration, which may differ from the room you originally qualified for.

We encourage you to register as soon as possible to ensure you receive the accommodations you've earned.

Yes, your guest’s name may be changed for no fee by placing a case through HOME with the Rewards & Recognition T.E.A.M. by September 10, 2026.

We encourage you to bring your spouse or domestic partner on this trip. Should your spouse or domestic partner be unable to attend, you are welcome to bring an adult guest in their place. Keep in mind, this is an adult-only trip. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is not in good standing with LuLaRoe.

Name Change Policy: Registrants for the LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M.’26 Trip may change their guest name no later than 11:59PM PT on Sept 10, 2026. Any name changes after this will not take place and will not be honored. All guests must comply with the Ticker Holder Participation Policy.

Cancellation Policy: Registrants for the LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M.'26 Trip may cancel their registration and tickets by creating a case directed to the Events T.E.A.M.. Any and all canceled registrations will forfeit their LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M.'26 Trip.

We do not offer any other form of compensation if you are unable to attend the LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M.'26 Trip. 

Ticket Holder Participation Policy: Only qualified Retailers may register for the LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M.’26 Trip. Each registered Retailer is invited to bring a spouse, domestic partner or guest over age 18, however, all registrants and ticket holders, including the qualified Retailers and their spouses, domestic partners, or guests, must be in good standing with LuLaRoe at all times, including at the time of the event. LuLaRoe reserves the right to deny admittance to or participation in the event to any person at any time. Please note, this includes the day of the event, even if that person is a ticket holder.

Ticket Transfer Policy: Tickets for the LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M.'26 Trip are personal and issued only to the registered ticket holder. Therefore, tickets may not be transferred to any other person, including spouses or domestic partners.

We are happy you can join us for at least part of this trip! Please, place a case through HOME with Rewards & Recognition and let us know what days you will be joining us. We will not be able to move the nights you stay outside of our scheduled trip dates, but we are happy to shorten your stay if necessary. 

You can contact the hotel and inquire about early check in directly. If your room is not yet ready, you are welcome to check your bags and enjoy the resort until your room is ready.

If you would like to arrive a couple of days early or stay late, please let us know during your registration. The cost of your room varies based on what room you qualify for. Once you receive your booking information, you can contact the resort directly to make any adjustments to your stay. We cannot guarantee that you will be in the same room for any room extension pre or post LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M'26 Trip.

Room assignments are made by the resort at check-in based on availability at the time of arrival. As a result, we are unable to guarantee specific bed types (such as one king bed or two queen beds).

If you would like to guarantee a specific bed type, once you receive your booking confirmation information, you may contact the resort directly to inquire about available room upgrades and bed selection options. Any upgrades or associated costs would be arranged directly with the resort.

Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is the primary airport serving Punta Cana and is located approximately 20 minutes from Barceló Bávaro Palace.

Check in is on Sept 16, 2026 at 3PM.

Transportation to and from the resort is not included with your trip registration, and LuLaRoe will not be arranging transportation on your behalf.

However, we will provide information for a vetted local transportation and excursion company that you may contact directly to arrange airport transfers, transportation, and excursions during your stay. All transportation and excursion bookings will be made directly between you and the vendor.

Travel requirements can change and vary based on your citizenship, residency status, and travel circumstances. It is your responsibility to verify and obtain all required travel documents before your trip.

Booking information will be sent to Retailers in late July or early August, as soon as we receive it back from the resort. We appreciate your patience as the resort processes reservations and room assignments.

We will send you a recommended vendor for excursions and transportation.

Absolutely, you can book your excursions as you please. We will send you a company that has a good reputation, is dependable, and works often with the hotel. Our guests safety is our first priority.

Absolutely not! Some Retailers like to stay at the resort and enjoy all the amenities that are included with the resort, while others like to go outside of the resort and explore more of Punta Cana. The choice is yours!

No. The purpose of this trip is for Home Office to spend quality time with Retailers at the resort. Home Office will not be participating in off-site excursions.

If you choose to book an excursion during your stay, please be aware that you may miss scheduled activities, games, tournaments, meals, or opportunities to connect with fellow Retailers and Home Office team members. We encourage you to review the Calendar of Events before booking any excursions so you can make the most of your D.R.E.A.M.'26 experience.

The official currency of the Dominican Republic is the Dominican Peso (DOP). However, U.S. Dollars are widely accepted throughout Punta Cana, including at many resorts, shops, restaurants, and excursion providers.

We recommend bringing a small amount of cash for gratuities and incidental purchases. Credit cards are also commonly accepted throughout the resort and tourist areas.

We encourage you to bring as much as you would like to spend on anything extra that is not covered by LuLaRoe. Make sure you let your bank and/or credit card companies know you are going international and your anticipated itinerary. 

Tips are not included, we encourage you to tip for great service always.

WiFi will be provided for all attendees and is included in your hotel stay. We encourage you to check with your cellular provider for international plans and fees. 

The LuLaRoe Card can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted throughout the United States (except in Puerto Rico and Guam).

As a LuLaRoe Retailer, we encourage you to always strive to be dressed in your LuLaRoe best! We will announce theme nights closer to the trip dates and encourage you to participate.
