We’ve been busy preparing to welcome you back to JANUARY KICKOFF ’22: CREATE // GROWTH in-person! Together with our vendors, we’ve reviewed every last detail to ensure it will be as safe as possible. 

Here are a few things to keep in mind as we get ready to CREATE together:

• The Anaheim Marriott  is not requiring masks to be worn in the hotel or any public spaces. 
• Try to connect in new ways in-person – elbow bumps, waves, the Macarena. Social distancing measures are still in place, but feel free to add a little flair to your in-person greetings. And be sure that whoever you’re greeting is comfortable with physical contact before going in for a hug. 
• There are enhanced cleaning and safety measures throughout JANUARY KICKOFF ’22: CREATE // GROWTH. Hopefully you’ll be too busy connecting and learning to notice how sparkly and safe everything is around you. 
• Our Home Office T.E.A.M. is going all out to stay as safe and healthy for you as possible. Morning health checks and masks mean that we can bring our best to you.

The following is a list of resources with information regarding the COVID-19 pandemic that may be applicable to JANUARY KICKOFF ’22: CREATE // GROWTH (“Event”).  LuLaRoe cannot ensure the health or safety of Event attendees with regard to COVID-19. Event attendees should be aware of applicable health and safety guidelines, and in addition to the information provided by the below entities, should monitor for any updates or guidelines from airlines or other travel-related services.

To attend any JANUARY KICKOFF ’22: CREATE // GROWTH, you must have your registration credentials.

If you are a LuLaRoe Retailer in good standing with LuLaRoe, you may register anyone over the age of 18 as your guest. You may only have one (1) registered guest. Please be sure to have your guest register using their own email address that is separate from your Retailer email address in BUILD.

Retailer Qualification and Ticket Holder Participation Policy

Only LuLaRoe Retailers may register for the JANUARY KICKOFF ’22: CREATE // GROWTH program to be held in Anaheim. Each registered Independent Fashion Retailer is invited to bring a guest to the LuLaRoe JANUARY KICKOFF ’22: CREATE // GROWTH Program. However, all registrants and ticket holders, including Independent Fashion Retailers, spouses and guests, must be in good standing with LuLaRoe at all times, including at the time of the event, and LuLaRoe reserves the right to deny admittance to or participation by any person at any time, including the day of the event and even if that person is a ticket holder.

Can I bring a non-registered guest to LuLaRoe parties?

All JANUARY KICKOFF ’22: CREATE // GROWTH events will require credentials to enter and they will be checked at every entrance. Only registered guests will be able to attend LuLaRoe events.

Yes, lunch will be provided on Friday Jan. 21st at  Anaheim Marriott.

Yes, Desserts will be provided during Thursday and Saturday Social gatherings.

The Film and Photo Use Authorization Release must be signed by all JANUARY KICKOFF ’22: CREATE // GROWTH attendees prior to entrance.  It will provide authorization for LuLaRoe to record and use pictures and/or video/audio recordings taken during JANUARY KICKOFF ’22: CREATE // GROWTH that may include your image or voice. Please read the release for more information.

FILM AND PHOTO USE AUTHORIZATION AND RELEASE 

The undersigned hereby grants and authorizes LuLaRoe, LLC, and its affiliates (“Company”), the right to take, record, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures, images, likenesses, videos, films and/or recordings (however made and including, without limitation, the sound of my voice as recorded on audio, video or film), taken of me to be used in and or for business purposes, including, without limitation, promotional materials, newsletters, posters, brochures, advertisements, letters, reports, press kits, films, videos, journalist submissions, websites, social networking sites, and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. This authorization is worldwide and extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or hereafter devised. This authorization shall continue indefinitely.

In conjunction with the foregoing authorization, I hereby grant to Company an irrevocable and royalty-free license to use my name and such pictures, images, likenesses, videos, films, and all other recordings (however made and including, without limitation, the sound of my voice as recorded on audio, video or film), for business purposes in its online, print, and digital advertising and promotional materials. 

I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of the Company and will not be provided to me. 

I hereby hold harmless, discharge, and release the Company, and its affiliates, from all liability, actions, causes of action, costs, contracts, damages and claims, which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other person may make or assert while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate. I further release and waive all claims for remuneration for such use and waive any right to inspect or approve such materials prior to their use or publication.

This instrument constitutes the entire agreement between the parties respecting the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreement, representations and understandings of the parties. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by the party making the waiver. This instrument is deemed to have been entered into, in Riverside County, California. This instrument shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the state of California.

Tickets are  $249 per person for the in-person event.

Registration closes for JANUARY KICKOFF ’22: CREATE // GROWTH, on January 14 to have your badge printed; however, registration may remain open if tickets are available up to January 20, 2022. 

All Independent Fashion Retailers must have their information entered into the registration system to be allowed to register. If you are unable to register, please submit a case via HOME > Submit a Case > Events > JANUARY KICKOFF ’22: CREATE // GROWTH > Registration. An Events T.E.A.M. member(s) will then contact you.

No, all registration credentials must be picked up by the registrant, only exception is picking up for your spouse or domestic partner.

Unfortunately, tickets are non-transferable. If for some reason your guest is unable to attend, you may cancel their guest ticket. This will not affect your ticket; you will still be allowed to attend.

Ticket Transfer Policy: Tickets for the JANUARY KICKOFF ’22: CREATE // GROWTH program to be held in Anaheim, CA are personal and issued only to the stated ticket holder and may not be transferred to any other person, including spouses or domestic partners.

Cancellation Policy: Registrants for the LuLaRoe JANUARY KICKOFF ’22: CREATE // GROWTH program to be held in Anaheim, CA, may cancel their registration and tickets by creating a case to Events in HOME. Tickets cancelled will receive a refund back to the original form of payment used. All administrative fees collected during registration are non-refundable. 

If you are in a recognized LuLaRoe partnership, the first partner will be able to register themselves and their spouse or domestic partner. The second business partner will then need to create an Events case in HOME and we will send out an additional registration link. Please include in the email that you are a business partnership and need an additional registration link, along with an additional unique email address (cannot be the same as the original email address, each registration needs a unique email address) and the full name of the Retailer that will be registering.

If you are in a recognized LuLaRoe partnership, the first business partner will be able to register themselves and their spouse or domestic partner. The second business partner will then need to create an Events case in HOME and we will send out an additional registration link. Please include in the email that you are a business partnership and need an additional registration link, along with an additional unique email address (cannot be the same as the original email address, each registration needs a unique email address) and the full name of the Retailer that will be registering.

Your guest-spot is reserved for your spouse or domestic partner. Should your spouse or domestic partner be unable to attend, you are welcome to bring anyone over the age of 18 in their place. 

If you have a child that is 12 years of age or older, and helps with your business, you will be allowed to purchase a ticket specifically for that child. Keep in mind, this is an adult orientated event and there will not be activities or care provided for children.

As much as we would love for your kids to be present during this time, we ask that you leave your little movers and shakers at home, as JANUARY KICKOFF ’22: CREATE // GROWTH is only meant for you and your spouse or domestic partner. The only exception is for mothers that are nursing and their children are immobile (not yet walking or crawling). If you have a child that is 12 years of age or older, and helps with your business, you will be allowed to purchase a ticket specifically for that child.

Again, keep in mind, this is an adult-oriented training event and there will not be activities or care provided for children.

During our trainings, Independent Fashion Retailers are expected to represent their businesses with their best business casual LuLaRoe, head to toe. Leggings should not be worn during the training. Men should wear button-up shirts, a tie and jacket are optional. 

The Closing Party is casual LuLaRoe, head to toe, and leggings are acceptable. Remember to pack a cover-up, it may get chilly.

Registration Policy: All attendees for the LuLaRoe JANUARY KICKOFF ’22: CREATE // GROWTH program that is being held in-person must register and pay for this event, including a one-time registration fee. This registration fee is non-refundable. Registration for this event is non-transferable. All attendees must be Independent Fashion Retailers within the company or their guests. 

Attendance Policy: All registered attendees for the LuLaRoe JANUARY KICKOFF ’22: CREATE // GROWTH program that is being held in-person and virtually must be Independent Fashion Retailers within the company or their guests. All attendees, including guests, must be in good standing with the company at the time of the event.

Registered Attendee Participation Policy: All registrants, including the qualified Retailers and their spouses, domestic partners, or guests, must be in good standing with LuLaRoe at all times, including at the time of the event. LuLaRoe reserves the right to deny admittance to or participation in the event to any person at any time. Please note, this includes the day of the event, even if that person is a registered attendee.
