To attend the event, you must have your registration credentials. 

If you are a LuLaRoe Retailer in good standing with LuLaRoe, you may register anyone over the age of 18 as your guest. Please be sure to have your guest register using their own email address that is separate from your Retailer email address in BUILD.

Only LuLaRoe Retailers may register for the event.Each registered Independent Fashion Retailer is invited to bring a guest to the event. However, all registrants and ticket holders, including Independent Fashion Retailers, spouses, and guests, must be in good standing with LuLaRoe at all times, including at the time of the event, and LuLaRoe reserves the right to deny admittance to or participation by any person at any time, including the day of the event and even if that person is a ticket holder.

All events will require credentials to enter and they will be checked at every entrance. Only registered guests will be able to attend LuLaRoe events. 

Yes, deserts will be provided on Tuesday and Thursday. Breakfast will be provided Wednesday and Thursday. 

The Film and Photo Use Authorization Release must be signed by all attendees prior to entrance.  It will provide authorization for LuLaRoe to record and use pictures and/or video/audio recordings taken during the event that may include your image or voice. Please read the release for more information.

FILM AND PHOTO USE AUTHORIZATION AND RELEASE 

The undersigned hereby grants and authorizes LuLaRoe, LLC, and its affiliates (“Company”), the right to take, record, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures, images, likenesses, videos, films and/or recordings (however made and including, without limitation, the sound of my voice as recorded on audio, video or film), taken of me to be used in and or for business purposes, including, without limitation, promotional materials, newsletters, posters, brochures, advertisements, letters, reports, press kits, films, videos, journalist submissions, websites, social networking sites, and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. This authorization is worldwide and extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or hereafter devised. This authorization shall continue indefinitely.

In conjunction with the foregoing authorization, I hereby grant to Company an irrevocable and royalty-free license to use my name and such pictures, images, likenesses, videos, films, and all other recordings (however made and including, without limitation, the sound of my voice as recorded on audio, video or film), for business purposes in its online, print, and digital advertising and promotional materials. 

I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of the Company and will not be provided to me. 

I hereby hold harmless, discharge, and release the Company, and its affiliates, from all liability, actions, causes of action, costs, contracts, damages, and claims, which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other person may make or assert while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate. I further release and waive all claims for remuneration for such use and waive any right to inspect or approve such materials prior to their use or publication.

This instrument constitutes the entire agreement between the parties respecting the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings of the parties. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by the party making the waiver. This instrument is deemed to have been entered into, in Riverside County, California. This instrument shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the state of California.

Tickets are $349 per person for the in-person event.

Registration closes on December 19 to have your badge printed and receive swag; however, registration may remain open if tickets are available up to the week of the event.

All Independent Fashion Retailers must have their information entered into the registration system to be allowed to register. If you are unable to register, please submit a case via HOME > Submit a Case > Events > JANUARY KICKOFF'26 > Registration. An Events T.E.A.M. member(s) will then contact you.

No, all registration credentials must be picked up by the registrant, the only exception is picking up for your spouse or domestic partner.

Tickets are non-transferable. If for some reason your guest is unable to attend, you may cancel their guest ticket if they purchased the $99 ticket, $349 guest tickets are non refundable. This will not affect your ticket; you will still be allowed to attend.

Ticket Transfer Policy: Tickets for the event are personal and issued only to the stated ticket holder and may not be transferred to any other person, including spouses or domestic partners.

Cancellation Policy: $99 Guest Registrants for the event may cancel their registration and tickets by creating a case to Events in HOME. Guest tickets for $99 canceled will receive a refund back to the original form of payment used. All administrative fees collected during registration are non-refundable. $349 Retailer and Guest tickets are non refundable and will not be refunded.

If you are in a recognized LuLaRoe partnership, the first partner will be able to register themselves and their spouse or domestic partner. The second business partner will then need to create an Events case in HOME and we will send out an additional registration link. Please include in the email that you are a business partnership and need an additional registration link, along with an additional unique email address (cannot be the same as the original email address, each registration needs a unique email address) and the full name of the Retailer that will be registering.

If you have a child that is 12 years of age or older and helps with your business, you will be allowed to purchase a ticket specifically for that child. Keep in mind, this is an adult-orientated event and there will not be activities or care provided for children.

As much as we would love for your kids to be present during this time, we ask that you leave your little movers and shakers at home, as the event is only meant for you and your spouse or domestic partner. The only exception is for mothers that are nursing, and their children are immobile (not yet walking or crawling). If you have a child that is 12 years of age or older and helps with your business, you will be allowed to purchase a ticket specifically for that child.

Again, keep in mind, this is an adult-oriented training event and there will not be activities or care provided for children.

During our training, Independent Fashion Retailers are expected to represent their businesses with their best business casual LuLaRoe, head to toe. Leggings should not be worn during training. Men should wear button-up shirts, a tie and jacket are optional. Specific party themes will be released closer to the event.

Registration Policy: All attendees for the LuLaRoe JANUARY KICKOFF '26 program that is being held in-person must register and pay for this event, including a one-time registration fee. Below you will find the various accommodations LuLaRoe has made available for all guests to maintain a great experience.

LINES
All guests will utilize the same lines. There are multiple entrances with accessibility via ramps and elevators if needed. Security lines have mobility access with lines that should be wide enough to accommodate mobility devices. 

SEATING
If an attendee needs assistance with mobility, visual and/or hearing, they will have suitable access to the event. Each attendee will be allowed 1 guest to sit with them in the designated areas. If an attendee is in need of accommodations due to mobility, visual impairment, or they are deaf/hard of hearing, they will be allowed to enter the event 10 minutes early. Staff will be available to help with needs that may arise! 

ASSISTED LISTENING
Sign language interpreters will be provided, as well as assistive listening devices. For anyone who needs assistance with lip reading, there will be a designated seating area in the General Session available to those who registered with this request.

We will be utilizing assistive listening handheld devices. These devices amplify sound through headphones. Headsets can be picked up and returned daily at the assisted listening booth free of charge, located in front of the 

Please note that an individual driver’s license will need to be left at the booth when picking up a headset. Driver’s licenses will be returned when headsets are returned daily.

VISUAL
American Sign Language interpreters will be provided. Individual guests who request an ASL interpreter will receive an email prior to arriving. Interpreters and guests will coordinate meeting places with Home Office. For anyone who needs assistance with lip reading, there will be a designated seating area available.

ACCESSIBILITY AND MOBILITY
For the safety of guest speakers, attendees, and event staff, aisles must be clear of wheelchairs, scooters, motorized vehicles; etc

MOBILITY
Wheelchairs and Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECVs) are available for rent from local companies. 

We ask any individual utilizing a Wheelchair, Mobility Scooter, or Electric Conveyance Vehicle to keep your speed to the walking speed of those around you. Adjust and lower speed while maneuvering through enclosed spaces like restrooms, food and beverage locations. Please park your device in safe locations clear from walkways and stairs. In the event of an evacuation, individuals may be required to walk certain distances and navigate stairs or narrow walkways. In this case, please have a member of your party assist you, or wait in a vehicle for assistance.

SERVICE ANIMALS
Service animals (dogs and miniature horses) specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome. Service animals must be under the control of the owner at all times and should remain on a leash or in a harness. The event Staff is not able to take control of service animals.

Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and according to Title III of the American Disability Act (HB 2992).

HOTELS/RESERVATIONS
Hotel bookings are not the responsibility of LuLaRoe. LuLaRoe has been told that area hotels may offer special facilities for guests with disabilities. Accommodations may include wheelchairs, wheelchair-accessible bathrooms, bed accessories, strobe-light smoke detectors, in-room TTYs, and other features. Please ask the hotel for any accommodations you may need or desire while you attend the LuLaRoe event. 

SPECIAL LIGHTING EFFECTS/PHOTOSENSITIVITY
Specialty lighting and other visual effects are used extensively throughout LuLaRoe Events. These effects may include strobe lights and other effects such as simulated lightning, explosions, and chaser lights. Please take any precautions you believe necessary if you or your guest(s) are sensitive to special lighting effects that are used.

MAGNETIC FIELDS
Common equipment, such as electric motors and radios, that produce electric and magnetic fields are utilized extensively throughout the world and also within our events. Please take any precautions you believe necessary if you or your guest(s) are sensitive to electric and magnetic fields that equipment used in the event.

MOTHERS LOUNGE
Mothers lounge will be available. Please make sure to keep all belongings with you as we are not responsible for anything left in these areas.

STROLLERS
For the safety of guest speakers, attendees, and event staff, aisles must be clear of strollers, baby carriers, and diaper bags. Stroller parking will be available at the back of the General Session. Please take all belongings with you when leaving your stroller unattended.
